We rebuilt every inch of this residence with the finest materials, thoughtfully considered finishes, the latest technology, and expansive rooms to maximize City and Bay views. The main entry is constructed to flow seamlessly into the formal living & dining rooms. We also added several outdoor living spaces including a turfed backyard and terrace, and additional amenities including an upper-level bed/office, gym, theatre/media room, and a laundry with dog wash station.

This beautiful 100-year-old Beaux Arts Manse home which was featured in the Nob Hill Gazette, was a gut renovation and addition. Working with DomA Architects and designer Elena Calabrese, we preserved the original black-and-white marble flooring on the formal entryway, and used modern lighting choices to unite spaces and styles, from the metallic chandeliers in the living and dining rooms to the 23-foot custom fixture that descends from the third floor to the first.
